I wasn’t sure if you offer free shipping for over a certain amount. If so I would have ordered more.

I have not had a chance to activate my-zone3 belt, however I think or assume that all wil go well, after activation. But I can say my product or (perform better product) was delivered on time and appears safe and secure from shipping damage. And product appears properly described by Perform Better website

We did a simple order for bands and handles, very quick response and shipping. We know the high quality of your bands as we have used them in a gym. My one disappointment is I wish I had ordered foam handles rather than plastic. Even now as I look on the site and search "handles" the choices are slim, there is no description of whether they are foam or plastic. In fact, I don't even see the ones I received. I think better descriptions of your components and the materials used would be helpful.

Ordering was super easy, but going back and checking my order was more difficult to navigate. I received an immediate email confirmation with everything I needed though so that was very helpful.

The ordering process was quick and easy. But, the shipping and additional charges are outrageous! If our Football Team did not need these now, we would have continued to look elsewhere.

Review for the products: Overall, love the products! Great quality! Review for the website and shipping: There should be a free shipping option after you spend a certain amount of money. Also, it was hard to find what I was looking for on the website (black hand weights). I even typed them into the search bar and still couldn't find them. I found them when I was looking at another product (weight rack).

Overall a good shopping experience. Product options are good and previous purchases have withstood the test of time. Website a little slow during ordering.

After placing my order I thought that the bill had included shipping charges and I had selected free shipping over $49 and was not supposed to be charged. After I reached out to the company they explained the charges on the bill and showed that shipping charges were not applied. Very responsive and helpful.
