Great company and very helpful. I understand shipping costs for heavy items, but $9 to ship small stretchy bands is too much! There should be a more realistic option for the small envelopes.

Great items but shipping was supposed to be free over $49

I experienced some issues the first time through purchase while trying to pay with PayPal. The Perform Better site seemed to be stuck in a “check out” loop that would not let me complete my purchase.

Great customer service my only complaints are the selections I wish they offered more locally manufactured products other than almost everything foreign made ,I could greatly effect delivery time or even delivery in the future if we were to get another pandemic lock down . My Gray Cook Band order was upgraded to 2 day shipping from 3 day and they only charged me ground shipping . Overall it’s a great company to do business with , I have just had to look to some other suppliers when I’m looking for Made In USA products .
