I ordered an item and was informed it was out of stock. I needed this item very much so I should have been credited back this item or offered an alternative as I now need to get this item from somewhere else.

I ordered 9 pairs of vinyl dumbbells. The order arrived quickly and all weights were in the shipment. However, the weights were packaged very poorly - every box had rips and holes and had been retaped. I had to inspect the shipment very carefully to make sure every dumbbell was undamaged. Perform Better - please package your heavy products better!

Limited product offerings for useful items in the $50 range (gift certificate amount). Web site isn't easy to process an order as a guest either.

When I went to PT, I used these bands for home exercises. Loved them. Wore them out and bought a second pair to use at home. Work great on shoulder exercises and some of the knee exercises. I rate the bands a 5 star. HOWEVER... Sorry, but I have to rate your site low. (This is why you lose points. ) While checking out I unchecked the 'subscription' to your marketing emails and somehow during the cc card processing it got checked again. Also the layout of the page is not optimal. Since this is my first time buying directly from you... not a good first impression.

I bought 7 superbands and realized after opening one that they were too big for my team. I was told I could return all except the one I’d opened, which is disappointing. Today I bought 5 of the right size, which is why I got this email, but I’m left with the one useless band that will continue to remind me of your disappointing return policy.

I don't apprecite being quoted a low price then have the price nearly double because of shipping. You should quote a base price that includes standard ground, and offering faster shipping at an additional cost. I will not use you again because of this. I made an exception for this initial purchase because my fitness instructor wanted the whole class to have the same equipment.

In this case, the actual shipping cost for your order was $13.39 so you actually paid a cheaper rate!
