ANOTHER FAKE REVIEW, According to TrustPilot, this person leaves bad reviews everywhere for different businesses. Most likely a problem customer for businesses.
There was a mistake on my package and i called and happily changed the location for me with no fees or UPS fees.

I have the hottest rav4 in cental florida. V8 trucks struggle to pass me. The short stack pipe was easy to install and works great with the stage 1 chip. I've paired this with a MaxFlo muffler and use 89 octane gasoline!

I wish I read these reviews earlier, I disputed the part I ordered from here because It took 3 months for them to even provide me an update. They only emailed me once their payment was gone selfish scamming company. I sent them screenshots of UPS not having the product and them never actually shipping the item and they claim that I supposedly have the part still. Don't order from them unless you wanna throw away money...

This person is a fraud. Called his bank claiming ''NOT HAPPY WITH MY COLD AIR INTAKE'' We confronted his bank and called contacted this person, he claims HE NEVER RECEIVED THE INTAKE. He's committed Mail Fraud and lied to his bank, lying to us. He thinks he can keep the intake and get his money back. We get fraudsters like this every few weeks. He's the fraudster of the week. ANYWAY. WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIGH QUALITY INTAKE AND PERFORMANCE CHIP. Call us for a coupon code before you order. WE JUST DONT HELP FRAUDSTERS LIKE ALI SAYED FROM BRENTWOOD, CALIFORNIA.
This place is a fraud they claimed to have hassle free returns. I ordered a performance chip for my car. It did nothing. It does nothing for performance. We dyno it before and we hooked it up and then we dyno it again. It changes nothing in your car. You’re crazy. This place is a complete fraud. You call them. Try to return your product. See if you get anybody to talk to you They never even answer the phone. I sent them three or four emails already. I get no response this place is a joke. I strongly suggest you don’t waste your money and dealing with this place serious I ordered one cold air intake system. They charged me for two and sent me two and then a stage four performance chip is garbage. It did nothing for my Cadillac sincerely, Shawn Bell.

Not sure why problem customers like this tend to run to an online review site because our phone line is busy. We just called this buyer 5 times in a row, no answer. he runs a business according to his voicemail message. If you run a business, perhaps you should act professional when you're a seller and a buyer. All of our customers issues are resolved. There is no fraud here buddy. We've an established brand, company, business since 2006. It's silly to leave this gossip column about a company that doesn't answer the phone 3 times in a row. We didn't leave a bad review on your business because you didn't answer the phone right now 5 times in a row. We emailed you, we'll call you again, that's how you work things out, not like this silly stuff. BUY OUR PERFORMANCE CHIPS CALL US FOR A DISCOUNT. WE'RE HERE TO HELP. THIS IS FOR ALL WHO READ THIS. The worst customer service I've every got I ordered a part called them to see where it was Tony told me I can wait like everyone else for there tracking number . I asked if I could pay extra for faster shipping he had a smart ass answer for that . He told me he was going to do nothing for me cuz I didn't pay enough for he attention I guess . He's terrible I hope you fix his customer service. First and last time I order from here I found the same part on ebay for $50 less after I placed my order!!!
