I just purchased a GMT Master II Batman with a Swiss movement. This company was attentive, and caring. Shipping was far longer than I am used to, however, that was overshadowed by obsessive care and unique customer service experience that PR provided. Once received, I had a couple of questions that were quickly answered by email. A follow up call to ensure my complete satisfaction with the process was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this company. I will be purchasing from them again.

Anyone out there who is in business or who has any business relationship's will understand my input. This company does it RIGHT!! I've had concerns during the delivery process but they responded quickly to my discomfort but I soon understood the problem was me, it was a process that just takes time. The watch is perfect, as a matter of fact I bought another the next month. They Texted me on several occasions with concern, they even left me voicemails twice, who does that anymore. There customer service is there key to there success. I've purchased about 6 or 7 watches over the last 5 years or so from other sites, this Company is top's. I give there product to my employees on there birthday's, it's a hit. I will give them all future business. 😊 Thanks

The customer support and communication is excellent! I was kept updated with every step of the process. Though shipping was overseas, the 3 week turnaround is not that long. Also, the product was on point for my expectations

Very poor quality. Watch loses 5 minutes every day. No reply to emails or live chat. Please avoid and don't waste your money
