Thank you for sharing, your good experience encourage us to keep improving.
I purchased a PG mini split and it was damaged so bad internally on both the inside and outside units. Clearly factory or packaging damage. I realized it after I had it on the wall and opened the inside unit. Then I went and looked at the outside unit. Both were just banged up terribly.. The company would not give me a refund, or exchange although it was within a week of purchase. Instead they informed my to fill out and file a warrantee claim. A month later no and no response. I've called the headquarters and they route me to warrantee to leave a message. This is scam business and more than bad business.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how frustrating it is to receive a damaged unit—especially after you’ve already begun installing it. We’d like to clarify that we never ignore or deny support to any customer. When a product arrives damaged, our policy—as required by the manufacturer—is to process it through the warranty claim system. This ensures that you receive a proper replacement at no cost, and it allows us to negotiate the replacement directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. We apologize for any delay you’ve experienced and for any inconvenience this has caused. It’s absolutely not our intention for any customer to feel unheard. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your claim number or order details. We want to make sure your case is resolved as quickly as possible and that you receive the full support you deserve. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make things right.
