Peptidology is different in three ways.1. ProductOur 14-point advanced testing protocol covers up to 27 units per batch — more than any other firm we're aware of. Every product exceeds 99% purity, and its contents are identified and confirmed. Up to 9 units per batch are tested for sterility and screened for common heavy metals, including chromium, arsenic, cadmium, and lead.Using ion chromatography, we screen for manufacturing byproducts such as trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), and we test for 15 industrial solvents commonly used in production, including benzene. We also screen for endotoxins (also known as LPS, or lipopolysaccharides). Container closure integrity is verified using the dye-ingress method to confirm each vial's contents remain intact, and solubility analysis confirms every product is stable and reconstitutes properly.Every batch is tested by our U.S.-based analytical partners, Vanguard Laboratory and Eagle Analytical — both ISO-certified, inspected facilities. Batch-level QR codes appear on every product, with all current and past certificates available on demand. Our Certificate of Analysis Manager is the best in the industry — searchable by batch and compound, and it tracks purity levels over time.Raw materials are manufactured by FDA-audited suppliers and finished in GMP-compliant laboratories.2. ServiceOur Arizona-based support team is available by phone at (480) 974-4660 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Live chat is available on our website. We ship six days a week from a warehouse located minutes from a major shipping hub. Place an order by 2:30 p.m. Arizona time on weekdays and it ships the same day.We accept all major cards and bank transfers, offer bulk order discounts, and back every purchase with a 60-day return policy.3. Industry discountsWe offer special discounts to Defense and Veterans Affairs institutions, federal and municipal government agencies, and public safety and emergency response organizations. This in

I've researched a lot of peptide companies & feel that Peptidology comes out on top regarding transparency, testing/COA's, quality, customer service & pricing. I've spoken with the owner Josh a couple times regarding an issue/question, he was very personable, knowledgeable & kind! If you have questions regarding a peptide, they will verify the batch testing & COA for you as well as provide it. I'm a big fan of this company. Thank you Josh & your team for providing high quality peptides! I look forward to seeing this business prosper & new products in the future.

Great company. Fast shipping.

I've been purchasing peptides from a few different companies over the last couple of years, as well as from my clinic. Many of them I've noticed no research findings after some time. When I've asked for COAs from a couple of them, they couldn't provide current ones. Peptidology has consistently provided COAs for every batch I've received. I've had fantastic results with them. They are quick to answer questions, deliver quickly, and I've been very happy with the perceived quality of what I've received.

Hey Renee! It's Josh, the owner. As you're located in Great Britain, and we do not ship there, it sounds like you're intending to write a review for a similarly named company called Peptiology (https://peptiology.com) which is located in Dubai. I'm really sorry you're going through this. Would ask kindly that you'd check your records and delete the review. Thanks! Josh
Recently ordered from Peptidology earlier this month after doing alot of research on various companies and trying to find a reliable and trustworthy source. My package arrived very carefully pacages, with bubble wrap around the vials, and very discreetly as well. I will provide an update after a few weeks but the service so far has been commendable and I surely hope that they become my trustworthy source moving forward. The ese of placing an order, to shipping, to delivery has been great. Had a mishap with fedex not delivering my package on time as well as stating that my address was wrong when they previously attempted, but this isn't Peptidology's issue, it's seemingly a recurring and noticeable issues amongst couriers lately, both UPS and FEDEX, they delays, and then cut offs after a certain point. I will order in the future as this first time ordering was a very good experience. Will report back after testing the products for a few weeks.
