Peptidology is different in three ways.1. ProductOur 14-point advanced testing protocol covers up to 27 units per batch — more than any other firm we're aware of. Every product exceeds 99% purity, and its contents are identified and confirmed. Up to 9 units per batch are tested for sterility and screened for common heavy metals, including chromium, arsenic, cadmium, and lead.Using ion chromatography, we screen for manufacturing byproducts such as trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), and we test for 15 industrial solvents commonly used in production, including benzene. We also screen for endotoxins (also known as LPS, or lipopolysaccharides). Container closure integrity is verified using the dye-ingress method to confirm each vial's contents remain intact, and solubility analysis confirms every product is stable and reconstitutes properly.Every batch is tested by our U.S.-based analytical partners, Vanguard Laboratory and Eagle Analytical — both ISO-certified, inspected facilities. Batch-level QR codes appear on every product, with all current and past certificates available on demand. Our Certificate of Analysis Manager is the best in the industry — searchable by batch and compound, and it tracks purity levels over time.Raw materials are manufactured by FDA-audited suppliers and finished in GMP-compliant laboratories.2. ServiceOur Arizona-based support team is available by phone at (480) 974-4660 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Live chat is available on our website. We ship six days a week from a warehouse located minutes from a major shipping hub. Place an order by 2:30 p.m. Arizona time on weekdays and it ships the same day.We accept all major cards and bank transfers, offer bulk order discounts, and back every purchase with a 60-day return policy.3. Industry discountsWe offer special discounts to Defense and Veterans Affairs institutions, federal and municipal government agencies, and public safety and emergency response organizations. This in

One of the best peptide companies I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. Their quality selection is wide, offering some valuable, hard-to-find peptides, and customer service is top-notch. I look forward to continuing to do business with them in the future for my research needs.

Convinced me that they are serious about quality, tested products. Gave me good discount. I got a further reduction by paying via Zelle, and all things went swimmingly. Their chat service is very effective...and you have the option to ask for "a real person" when the AI agent can't handle yr question.

I had an issue reconstituting a 60mg vial of Epithalon from Peptidology and used 4 ml of bacteriostatic water. It never fully dissolved and I ended up discarding. I used 4ml so I can fit my protocol into a 30 unit syringe. I reached out to support and within a few hours, they offered to replace the vial, free of charge, shipped with 2 day Fedex. They even allowed me to switch from a single 60mg vial to 6 of their 10mg vials and included a free Hospira bacteriostatic water. They also cross checked my batch with their quality team and their own testing to confirm. I was blown away by their customer service, quick resolution to my issues, and willingness to replace the product free of charge. Highly recommend!

Ordered my research materials and received them very quickly. COAs matched with labs' online sites. I needed research materials that are not easy to be found at other sellers, so I was happy to find this company. The shipment arrived safely and very quickly. Would do business again with this company.
