Hi Chris, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear about your experience, and we take concerns like this seriously. We were able to locate your order and would like to clarify that **every item you purchased from us has a Certificate of Analysis (COA) available**. Our products are independently third-party tested, and we're happy to provide you with the corresponding laboratory reports for each item in your order. COAs are not physically included inside every shipment, which may have caused some confusion. Regarding the irritation you experienced, we certainly don't want to speculate about what may have caused it. There can be many variables involved, and we understand your concern, especially since you mentioned that you did not experience the same issue with a product from another vendor. Please contact us directly so we can review your specific products and batch information with you and provide all of the applicable COAs. If there is a legitimate issue with anything you received from us, **we will stand behind our products and work with you to make it right.** Customer satisfaction and product quality are extremely important to us, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly. – Bruno Peptide Giants
This was my first order with PeptideGiants, and I will stick with them for my future Peptide orders! I did have one Item mistakenly filled incorrectly. But I emailed the company and literally within 5 minutes received a response from Bruno in Customer Service. He apologized for the mistake and took care of having the correct item sent out immediately! Well done!!
