Great online company and seems to have excellent customer service - although thankfully I’ve had no major issues requiring me to test their customer service out too much! I’ve been ordering peptides for a couple years from them now for husband and me. I will say I sometimes we both seem to notice a vial feels less “potent”. Hard to say what that is caused by. Either way will continuing ordering through this great company!!!

Pricing is pretty middle of the road for the research material I was looking for, but they had exactly what I needed when other suppliers didn’t — Everything arrived safe and sound, and I got it far quicker than I thought I would, so that’s a plus!

The only thing that showed up was a very small vial of powder. What am I supposed to do with a small vial of POWDER? I would like a full refund, or I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau. This is false advertising. - plus I'm hearing from Dr.s that its not safe for human use.. Why are you selling this.. ???you're a horrible company, and you're going to get somebody hurt. - this is going in the trash and I'm filing a complaint..

Response from Accelerate Labs· Dec 16, 2025
We’re sorry you’re unhappy, but we do want to clarify for anyone reading: the product you purchased is supplied exactly as described—lyophilized (freeze-dried) research material, which arrives as a powder in a vial. This is standard for research compounds and is clearly stated on the product page prior to checkout. Accelerate Labs does not provide mixing fluids or usage directions, and all products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only (not for human consumption, medical, or veterinary use). Because the order was fulfilled accurately and the product was delivered as advertised, we do not offer refunds on research materials. If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact our support team directly with your order number so we can confirm what was shipped. — Accelerate Labs Support Team
