So far the experience with customer service has been great. Ups messed up and delivered my package to the wrong address.. the pic they took was of the wrong door. And I have a door camera that showed they never delivered to me. I emailed customer service with pictures of my door and the pic ups sent . And they replied first thing in the morning. They decided to absorb the loss, and are resending my package with signature required, they are even including a free bac water for inconvenience.. being my first time doing business with them I was worried about getting the run around or taking forever to get a response..but the took care of it right away...issue resolved in a few hours. ups was at fault here, not them And I have filed a claim so hopefully the company gets their money back. Because it wasn't their fault. But I appreciate the fast response, and their willingness to make it right even at a loss.. that's the kinda of company I want to do business with.. if quality matches, customer service they have a loyal customer..

Delivered today, haven’t started them yet but the customer service was very nice. They paused the order for me because I didn’t select B water at first and they asked if I would like to add it. If I can write another review in a month or two I will.

This company is so RUDE! I sent them an email “for research purposes” only (because we all know what that means), and they sent me the most condescending response. I was in disbelief. I’ve sent the same email to other peptide companies when I purchase a new peptide, and I’ve never had an issue receiving a pleasant response with the details I need. This company went on to say I “should have known better,” as if I’m an idiot. I will never order from them again.

Not a huge selection, but what they do have is legit and is fairly priced (Shipping was super fast too!). I've got a cart full of stuff that I'm about to buy just because what I've gotten thus far has worked and has arrived quickly. It's hard to ask for more than that.

Great Products, have used the products in my research for a month now. Avid researcher for a couple years now. By far the fastest supplier used. And product seems comparable to any used in the past.

This company is fast, responsive and the product is great. They ship literally almost as fast as you order it, arrives in clear sealed packaging. Recommend.
