I was giving the information I needed even when I didn't understand it and the agent was very helpful and understanding also she responded to my emails in timely manner.

Janel from Pelipost was very accommodating. She made sure that my order to my loved one was resent. I opted not to insure the package, which won't be a mistake I make again. However, Janel found my orders and reprocessed them for me! What a great experience!

Ms. Janel P. helped me better understand the process of the photobook that my children and I put together to send him. I had know idea that the process takes about 30 plus days before reaching his facility and thanks to Ms. Janel P. being the first one to respond to my request, I'm truly thankful. I created a calendar with the wrong address by accident so I went and made another calendar with the correct address. Janel P noticed it and emailed me asking if that was a mistake (before the calendar was sent out) I emailed her back and told her yes she changed the address before shipment canceled the calendar with the wrong address and sent me the tracking number! Janel was prompt with her response and also noticed the mistake before I had to email Pelipost I’m so glad she noticed the mistake and corrected it because my love one who is incarcerated daughter pass away and that’s all he wanted. he was looking forward to the calendar had she not saw the mistake he would have had to wait all over again Thanks Janel!!!!

They make it extremely quick amd easy to contact your loved ones amd sent photos amd mini letters right from your phone. Also the support responds so quickly have you any issues. This app is amazing.
