I would like to give a full and honest…

I would like to give a full and honest update on my previous review regarding Peekview. As I stated before, if I received my full refund, I would update my rating and I stayed true to my word. I did receive my refund, and I did adjust my rating accordingly. I appreciate that part of their service, because not every company honors refunds so easily. However, receiving the refund does not change my overall experience or the fact that the service did not work for me personally. I have no proof that their service actually delivers what is promised. From my experience alone, I cannot say that it does. I waited almost a full month, checking and hoping for any kind of update regarding the account I submitted. They originally told me it could take up to 30 days to access a private account, so I tried to be patient. But throughout the entire wait, I received no new information, no progress, and no results. That was the most frustrating part not knowing what was going on or whether anything was even happening behind the scenes. To be completely fair, their customer service team was polite and respectful every time I spoke with them. They handled the conversations nicely, and I appreciate that. But at the same time, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being stalled or kept waiting without any real progress being made. That’s just how the experience felt on my end. So, my honest advice for anyone considering Peekview is this: if you cannot wait a long time — possibly even past the 30 days they mention — then this might not be the service for you. But if you’re willing to wait and hope for the best, then that’s your decision. Everyone has their own experience, and this is simply mine. In the end, I want to say thank you again to Peekview for providing my full refund. I promised I would update my rating once I received it, and I kept that promise. My review is based strictly on my personal experience and how everything unfolded.
