The product is very good very good quality but the shipping isn't so great i think that it needs to be shipped faster or change the shipping company when I got it was just sitting on my porch if it was summer time it would have melted either package it better or have it delivered in two days or so..

Very easy but thorough process. Would give 5 stars but the time from approved to arrival was longer than expected. Next time I will pay for overnight shipping. It’s understood that shipping isn’t completely controlled by Peaks.

Starting to think this site is a scam. Places an order October 31, 2025. Was told it would take a few days to process after submitting my questionnaire. Have not had any updates. Since then. Called and was reassured that it’s just processing and takes a “few days” for the first order. Will be disputing transaction with my credit card company for goods never received.

Hello Peter, Thank you for reaching out. We understand how important it is to experience positive results, and we genuinely appreciate you giving our product a try. Our medications are carefully compounded in licensed U.S. pharmacies and have been effective for many individuals. However, as with any prescription treatment, results can vary depending on individual health factors, concurrent medications, and personal biology. Because of this natural variability, we can’t guarantee identical outcomes for everyone. If you’d like, our clinical team can review your experience to determine whether an adjustment or alternative treatment might work better for you. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] — we’re here to help. Warm regards, The Peaks Curative Team
