The product is well built and effective. But as importantly, the customer service is outstanding. Kari followed up to make sure all was ok as there was a minor delivery issue (due to the carrier not Peak Primal). Above and beyond, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend sourcing with this company.

The staff are available throughout the experience. They had knowledge with the three treatments. The space is extremely clean! They were not pushy about buying anything, they just wanted the visitors to have a great experience! I would definitely recommend to give it a try.

Cole and Kari did a great job checking in. The shipper did not do the greatest job handling the crate, so we were a little nervous about damage. Overall, everything was great and assembly was pretty good. We're enjoying is multiple times per week! Great system and great support from Peak Primal.
