Took me some time to get to my review, but I'm very happy with PDS. I saw a suggestion while looking up reviews for a different company, and am glad that PDS offers a cheap and full-package product. The process was easy: I filled out the form and gave enough information that they didn't need to speak further to me, I received an email with a PDF of the letters within a day and a half, and received the physical papers not long after. My only issue is that some airlines require the letter be dated within the last calendar year, so it won't last forever. But I'm so glad to have my little guy with me, whether I pay or not (I've paid many times), I'm glad he's "authorized." Very happy with PDS.
