The process was quick, easy, and dare I say painless. I accidentally chose the wrong gender when applying and the company adjusted the letter in under 24 hours! Wonderful experience all around 10/10.

Super fast and easy not questions asked!

One of the worst experiences I ever had with a company anywhere. First off they advertise it being free if it takes over 12 hours. It did, wasnt free. This was a lie. Secondly all their doctors are fake. The doctors number was fake. To fly most airlines you need sign up with open doors. My application got denied due to PDS not having the doctor call back to verify for days. They have refused a refund depsite taking over 12 hours for delivery and having sent them proof the airline declined all their info. I will be reporting the doctor and this company. Sketchy af!
