From beginning to end the process was simple and fast. Other company's had weird questions that didnt pertaon to me or askes to be renewed yearly but pds is upfront and ready to support you even after your letters have been sent out.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! Needed the housing papers and when my apartment complex looked into it they realized they are using doctors names without their knowledge!!! DONT NOT BUY! Waste of money

Not true. All our Dr's are signed onto a contract. Often complexes will lie about their interactions. The dr's will not speak with the housing complex, they have to send in written notifications for tracing.
