I ordered a cat drinking fountain from Pctechsupply in hopes that my cat would use it. I set up the fountain and left it running for several days, but he didn’t like the running water. I really liked the product, but my cat said “No Way!”. I emailed Pctechsupply and asked them if I could return the product for a refund since the cat didn’t use it. They replied very quickly and said they understood that some cats do not like the running water fountain and I could repack the fountain in the box and return it for a full refund. I highly recommend Pctechsupply, because they have great products, easy online ordering, fast delivery and extremely helpful customer service representatives who respond quickly to any issues. I would definitely order from them again!
