Bought thru Walmart,.over 3 weeks,..lists as shipped. Tracking number and email address thru Walmart invalid.

Title says it all. They have to 'approve' your return too...what a ripoff.

Stay away from this company. They are deceptive and not trustworthy. If you want to return an item that you never opened, they will charge you a 15% restocking fee PLUS you will pay to ship it back. They are in the business to cheat customers and leave them holding the bag. STAY AWAY!!!

Ordered a 5 tb hard drive and recieved a bag of foam shapes

I just got a computer Board in from PCRUSH, one hr ago, well the pens were missing from the 3.0 usb connector, call customer Service and was told had to wait 48 hrs to get RMA number. And to boot I had to pay for shipping, Well any way I spent $320.00, and got a broken board, and these Guys do not care one bit. So DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS< IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY. No customer service. left several messages, no one contacted me. Received order after 35 days. Never buy anything if you need something in couple of days

DOA on a nice Dell lap top. No response from PCRUSH.com. Customer service ZERO. Bought through Amazon and time to give them a rest as well. Refusing payment to Visa and letting them sort it out.
