All I can say is this: They could not figure out how to find me in their system when my product did not arrive. However, they found my bank account easily and charged it. So ... infer what you will, lol.

I was sold a windows product key that was invalid. I asked for a refund and now I'm in the loop. I'll accept that I'm just out $30. Now i'm hoping my card information isn't going to be used by this company, or any affiliates, in the future.

The key that was sent worked as advertised. Painless process to complete the project.
