Much better than my first encounter in which the Google Calendar sent me to the wrong location, at which time the receptionist tried to imply that it was my fault because they sent me a text message that had the correct address. Was not happy The receptionist at the rock hill location was much better and my meeting with Reba was encouraging. She was engaged and eager to help me get through this difficult time in my life. Looking forward to start treatment with Reba. The ART program sounds like it’s going to be very helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your kind words and your support of Palmetto Counseling. Feedback like this helps others in our community learn more about the resources available to them.
I had a lot of anxiety start to build prior to my session. I’m not sure why but my therapist’s demeanor quickly helped to expelled those feelings. It was easy to open up and share feelings and fears I’ve always felt ashamed to acknowledge let alone admit. This is my first ever attempt to receive professional help. This first session went so well that I’m looking forward to our next session with great hope that I’m on the right track for getting the help I need.

Front desk staff are very efficient and organized. They put me into an appointment right away. My therapist listened attentively and was responsive to meeting all my needs.
