Payment wall is very bad!! Today, I tried to buy 10 dollar item from a site that uses payment wall. When I used my credit card it said that I got blocked, I have waited a few hours and tried again. When I tried again I didnt saw any eror mesagges and it said that the payment is completed. I waited a few min and i didnt get the item(game item).Then i checked on the site that I bought the item from and it said that it refund automatticly. I checked my credit card and it didnt take my money so I wanted to try again. When I tried it said that my payment is blocked because of their stupid system and they asked for private information like driver license. I really dont recomend you to use them.

The worst payment system I've ever met. Continuous turns on "fraud protection". They block payments for a few hours.Help doesn't respond

So i had a thing in Black desert Online, went to get in game credits and i received in return that i was blocked from purchasing, granted i was angry that i was blocked. took me a whole day to cool down. and i did what i was asked. PaymentWall didn't give me any crap they were nice on wanting or needing my information. ofcourse i was skeptical none the less, but i looked into this company and everything they were saying about being secure was to my knowledge true. so i did what was asked of me. if you ever get a notice like i did, just do it or you will be waiting to put money on your favorite game. Thank you paymentwall for being so polite and patient with me.

Thank to paymentwall for the support really fast, ive got a problem for a big purchase in the dofus game, and they gived me back my money in the right moment like they said it so that was perfect. Anyway i have buy some different things with them and that was a great and fast service! ❤️
