While the verification process is tedious, they simply doing their jobs and are absolutely respectful and courteous in going through the process. Even thoroughly instructing me on how to fix the issue I was facing in submitting the docs.

I was on the verge of giving up on asking for help for my problem of my account getting blocked for a certain payment system.
