Paycom and their team offered us great pricing with a fully integrated system. This will allow us to build a preferred future at BHS.

Thank you for your 5-star review, RaeJean! We're excited to partner with your team and are glad our single software and world-class service are helping support your vision for the future.
Paycom's support staff are terrific. They always have a quick answer to my questions. The website's new interface is less than perfect. Half the reason I need answers from a live person is because I can't find what I need in Paycom's help section. If the help section is AI based, then maybe you should find a better AI. Last week I needed to find an IRS 941 form and the help section just kept saying 'Go the report center to generate a pre-made report'. That didn't help. Overall, I like Paycom

Avoid at all costs signing their ridiculous contract! They lock you in and if you leave they strive to hold you to paying what you would have paid over the term of the contract. Sales does what sales does and overpromises as the actual product and support under delivers. The implementation was touted as fantastic and Paycom would do 80% and the client 20%. Over 20 meetings, numerous forms later, we have consistently discovered mistake after mistake. We have had to continually correct what they set up poorly even though we provided the correct information. We lack trust and confidence that what is being done is done right, and fully regret our decision to switch to Paycom. As a smaller business, this has been time consuming, exhausting, and a waste of our time.

We implemented Paycom in January, and it has been a wonderful experience for us! Like any new implementation, there have been a few minor hiccups, but our relationship managers are always quick to help us get them resolved. They not only assist with our day-to-day questions, but they also put a great deal of effort into ensuring we get the maximum return on our investment. Paycom has allowed us to automate processes that previously took up an excessive amount of our time, making us much more efficient. The app is great, and our employees transitioned to the new system and processes with ease. I also appreciate that Paycom challenges us to evaluate the way we do things—helping us stay current, simplify our processes, and operate as effectively as possible. Overall, Paycom has truly been a wonderful change for us!

Great partnerships are built on strong support, so we're thrilled to hear your dedicated specialist has made such a positive impression. Thank you for taking the time to recognize the world-class service you've received, Nghia!
Worst onboarding support we have received. Lack of product knowledge across all areas. They tell me watch videos so I can teach myself - not what we pay them for. They also lied about capabilities during sales process. If they had been honest we would not have selected them in the first place. Giving 2 stars because they are open to product feedback and some parts work well - even when others don't. Been using 4 months
