Great customer service on top of a product that is constantly upgrading and changing to make HR life much easier. Easy to navigate and personalize.

The new changes in the app have made it next to impossable for me to use. I would have rated it 5 out of 5 before the changes. App is way too busy and very confusing for me.

Paycom processes payroll well and it is easy to navigate for employees. Also, garnishments are processed with great attention to detail, and the Paycom team is very communicative.

Lost a great job opportunity because paycom did not finish my background check and the delay was verifying my high school. How are you going to be able to verify my college but not my high school when you need to send in a high school transcript to attend college? Started calling all of my references and old jobs immediately. They finished almost all of it in a week but never came back to my file to check off one last thing and I lost my job opportunity because of it.

From the financial side of things, Paycom is pretty easy to work with. There are reports for almost anything you could imagine (and probably some that you haven't even thought of!). And the ability to export a report in a format that can be transferred to our financial software is definitely a plus!

Paycom has its quirks and there are a lot of things that could be improved. I hate the new update. It’s a good idea, but needs more customization. There’s lots of redundancy in the program and that makes it more complicated than it should be. Support is strong though and if I need help, I usually get it right away.

Our current specialist is great and is proficient with Paycom. I only gave 4 stars because we have been with Paycom for several years, and some of the setup seems outdated and clumsy to use now. I wish there is additional support for customers to update their setup to take adventage of the new platform and additional add-on services.

Paycom has made it easier to navigate and help with the basics to continually make payroll easy. I have learned so much about payroll and taxes from their webinars. I have become a better payroll manager because of them.
