They hasn’t responded me for question for 6 days and I can’t withdraw my money.

Es lamentable el servicio, desde el 4 de mayo realicé una transferencia a una cuenta de banco externa, y hasta el momento no me dan respuesta. He abierto varios tickets y responden dos o tres días después informando que tuvieron un problema con su nuevo banco proveedor y que en los próximos días lo resuelven. Pero asi llevo casi un mes y el dinero no aparece ni en mi cuenta de paxumbank ni a la cuenta destino. Los tickets que he abierto son: 690843, 682808

For me the fees are too high. I know they deserve being paid for the good services that they're offering, but idk..maybe in the near future they will change them..

I don't agree with the limit of 50 bucks for an outgoing wire in usd or euro. Otherwise it's ok, don't have many complaints.

I appreciate their banking services. What I didn't like is that I waited so long for my card. It was frustrating because I promised to make an important payment.

Why do I have to call so many times for solving my issues? hope they will get better at customer services.

I'm not sure if I can afford the charging fees on the long term. Otherwise they are great.

The transfers to visa cards are definitely not cheap. I'll try to avoid this.
