PawTree sent me updates about pre shipping, shipping date & projected arrival & all other updates. Box arrived as planned, set by my door as I’d requested & everything was well packed. Delivery was better than Amazon!

I love the products! Positive changes I can see in each of my animals! Thicker and shiny coats. Much less shedding! And best of all my furbabies love the flavor of PawTree food, treats and supplements.

pawTree’s customer service is incredible. They have taken care of any concerns I have had and have fulfilled on their 100% money back stratification guarantee even when my dog didn’t like it. The products are high quality and work they way they said they would.

I ordered vitamins on the phone from a person who was very professional and helpful. The order was shipped the next day and arrived quickly. Best of all my pup likes the taste!

I love your products. Only thing I would change is when something is out of stock you in EZ shipping order for month it should automatically come off your EZ ship order. I didn't realize this for many months couldn't figure out why when I received my order it said products were still out of stock. Then I would have to wait months for product to ship. Now I make sure to unship. Products out of stock.
