Ordering was easy. The ez ship manager is a nice feature. I feel that the shipping costs are too high. For the price of the dog food shipping should be free or at least a lot cheaper. My puppy really likes the food and I like the quality ingredients but I am considering switching to a different company due to cost.

The food is great for all my dogs and they look healthier. Especially there skin and fur. The only negative is delivery takes at least seven days. I always have to order early to make sure I don't run out of food

Web page was not very user friendly, but for the most part was a good experience. The one time I did have to contact customer service about dissatisfaction with a product, representative was extremely helpful and I was given a replace at no cost, no questions asked.

When they dropped it off, they left it on the porch. They didn’t drop it on the porch. They put it on the porch and I just want to say thank you and blue says thank you and God bless.
