Thank you Pawshake for making it so easy for me to travel guilt free! Since finding a sitter for my dogs earlier this year, I now go to work and on holidays knowing that I don't have to worry if they are missing me. In fact I think they have a much better time - our sitter looks after them so well.

Recently while I was back in Australia, I helped my mum to organise a sitter for her dog Lulu. Our sitter Charmaine was AMAZING! She not only came to pick up Lulu from mum's house (mum does not own a car) but she even bathed Lulu when she got dirty from her walk. Lulu came home so happy and smelling so good. Thank you for Pawshake for making it so easy for non mobile people like my mum to use your service.

I’ve used Pawshake a couple of times over the last 3 years and I’ve always been impressed by the sitters that we’ve had. They were always so kind and loving to my dog Honey and sent me so many photos. Our most recent sitter Kerry also helped with some of Honey’s obedience training! Such good value and quality care.

This platform is difficult to use. There is no customer service, by that I mean there is an email address that takes for ever to respond and the people on the other end have an awful attitude. They block accounts with the stupidest reasons i.e. you didn’t respond to a message quickly enough. They won’t tell you that you were blocked you have to work that out for yourself. I know someone who has been banned from their platform because he dared to challenge them for blocking his account over Christmas season- the busiest time of the year! Appalling!! Look at Another platform instead there are others that are also much better systems and easier to use. Update- I don’t really want my account banned for putting up negative feedback like my friends has as I still have bookings to attend to. He is still waiting for someone to call him back after many weeks and has been left in a situation where he can’t send photo updates to his existing clients. I tried to convince him ages ago to switch to MadPaws and he stuck with you guys, is an incredible sitter with fantastic reviews and he was banned because of Pawshakes ‘pack mentality’ as described by one of your delightful team.

I learned about Pawshake 1 year ago. This year I reserved 2 weeks at a nice couple who took care my dog James (Shi-Tzu) during my holidays. James had a good time with their 2 dogs (1 Terrier and 1 border collie) and became part of the family which was for me a very pleasant experience to see him like that. Very well organized and I was kept informed all the time which gave me a good feeling too.

Fantastic experience with our lovely dog sitter Elise. Very friendly household, my dogs enjoyed it.

This is the first time we used Pawshake, and we are really pleased we did. Our sitter was FANTASTIC, and we hope she can sit for us again in the future. Downloading the Pawshake app was easy and it has a user friendly interface.
