Wonderful experience!
Our whole experience with you was amazing! The process was seamless and so easy! Our little mini golden doodle arrived, happy and healthy and on time. They were great at keeping in touch with me, sending me pictures and videos of her, giving me updates along the way and an accurate ETA. I highly recommend using the service. It really helps and is worth the money.

Amazing Experience from Start to Finish!
We had a fantastic experience using Pawrade to find our new puppy. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and well-organized from start to finish. A huge shout-out to Lois for her over-the-top communication and support. She kept us informed every step of the way, answered all our questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. Our puppy arrived safe, healthy, and full of personality, and has already brought so much joy to our home. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new furry family member. Thank you, Pawrade and Lois! 🐾❤️

The service is almost perfect
Seeing my wife's smile, since this is her first pet. Pawrade answered all our questions and even sent us a first time pet owners guide. The only downside was having our puppy delivered at 3AM.

James, thank you for the kind words. We are so happy to hear that your wife was so pleased. Our delivery drivers do keep on the move 24/7 to get the pups home as quickly as possible. On rare occasion they do arrive at late hours but we do disclose this possibility in our Reservation Agreement and Ground Travel Work Order. We know this can be inconvenient for folks but it is what's best for the pups.

No pet warranty
No pet warranty. I purchased a golden retriever that turned out to be half Labrador sent dna and photos. My claim was denied. I am out 3200 hundred dollars. Can’t tell but looks like all claims are denied. I will send photos to anyone that is interested. Only looks like a lab with no golden retriever traits at all . Be careful no pet warranty . Just smoke and mirrors.

Golden Retrievers and Labrador Retrievers are closely related breeds that share a common historical and genetic background. Both originated from similar retriever lines in the United Kingdom, and prior to the establishment of modern breed standards, these retrievers were often interbred for working and performance traits. As a result, the two breeds retain overlapping genetic markers. Commercial canine DNA tests do not evaluate pedigree documentation or lineage records. Instead, they analyze selected genetic markers and compare them to reference populations using statistical algorithms. Because Golden Retrievers and Labrador Retrievers share many genetic similarities, DNA testing companies may assign certain markers to Labrador Retriever even in dogs that are phenotypically and historically Golden Retrievers. This is especially common in working or field-line retrievers and does not necessarily indicate recent crossbreeding or misrepresentation.
