I cannot tell you how grateful I am for Pawrade. We bought our beagle via Pawrade in October, and I cannot imagine my life without her. The process was incredibly simple, and Pawrade answered my questions at lightning speed. I could not wrap my mind that I was buying an animal -- which usually has taken me a lot of deliberation after hours of personal interaction -- without ever having even met her, but I suppose dogs are dogs, and her personality could not be a better fit for our family. She is in perfect health, spunky, and affectionate. Even our other dog is in love. Two thumbs way up!!!

I recently purchased a puppy from a breeder in Indiana. I was shortly contacted by atw. I researched them and found that they were transporters For the breeder . They contacted me and gave me a contact number and estimated time of delivery for my puppy. I found them to be quite professional in keeping me updated of there location . When they were close to delivery they asked when they could deliver our dog. The dog was a no contact delivery. The carrier confirmed my identification and took a picture of me and my puppy to confirm who I was. The puppy was in great shape and ready to play. The carrier left me a supply of food and milk. I would give the whole experience 5 stars and if needed in the future not hesitate using them again.

I recently adopted a sweet pup Lance now Hamilton from Pawrade. The process was seamless and the staff was very helpful throughout the process. Aurora was simply amazing with answering all of my questions and helping calm my anxieties lol. My puppy came crate trained and took to potty training well. I’m so happy that I found this company I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!!

My family and I weren't sure if we were doing the right choice at first; we were skeptical. We read the other reviews, and ultimately made the decision to get a puppy from here. After receiving our little pomeranian Nick (now named Boby), we are so happy we got him in the end! He's a small bundle of joy and he's playful too. We love petting his fur haha :) . The breeder is really nice and she helped us along the way, and is always available in case we have questions or need help! Overall, we had a great experience and we recommend this website to others.

I have to admit I was a little scared but they walked me thru the process! It was actually so easy! The Breeder helped me get the puppy delivered to my front door. I would definitely do this again!

we bought a dog and he was dead a week later, from parvo which we know he got during transport, we never took the dog any where, he was transported with 18 other dogs in a van. He was sick 3 days after we got him. Because of covid 19 we could not get a wellness exam for 2 weeks. they did not explain until after we bought the dog. we bought him 9/16 he was delivered on 9/21, that we had 72 hours to get him to a vet. so they now refuse to reimburse us for the dog, it also cost us $7,000.00 in medical bills. and they still show the dog as i found a home. we gave them doctor's letters stating the dog had parvo before we got him. we sent them copies of bills for vets and hospital over $10,000.00 and we have nothing. with the insurance that they have they left us with nothing but bills good luck buy in your own state. benny was never outside our house, we chose their pampered travel which was suppose to be the best. no one ever called us and discussed with us anything about the dog being in a van with 18 other dogs we were shocked to find this out, there was also supposed to be a nanny with him, there was none. also we emailed back in forth that it was impossible to get an exam, they never came out and said anything about checking for parvo. you are not allowed to go to Banfield clinics, where you can walk in without an appointment. I emailed them that they were prolonging me getting an appointment with the vet because they would not send the medical records, requested twice benny's medical records, which they ignored those requests. Also we found out that there were 3 other cases of parvo in the hospital where Benny was and were brought up from Missouri, where benny came from. The doctors told us and pawrade that Benny was transported too soon and did not have any defense against it. we asked for some kind of proof that no other dog had parvo in that van, they never gave any. The doctors from the hospital sent a letter letting them know Benny had died. Don't be fooled by them as we were, it cost us $10,000.00 and all we have are ashes.

We were a little skeptical at first but all went as planned. Lily our new mini Aussie doodle was delivered to our door last Friday, healthy and beautiful. Appreciated the up to date pics each Wednesday and kept us in the loop along the way. Thanks so much!
