I had a great experience with Pawrade. After I picked Amos and reserved him, I ask many questions. All my questions were answered quickly. I worried about paying with PetPay, but worried for no reason. The transaction went smooth and I picked Amos up from the breeder.

The whole experience overall went well not really knowing how things were going to be handled. I think maybe between the time of purchasing a Trigger and the time going to the vet and the time before actually coming more communication would be nice instead of having to call to get info on how things are coming along. At five months old it would have been nice if he had been trained to go outside to do his duties. We just don’t believe in the pads so now it is tough to get him trained. Other then that he has become a great addition to our family. He also had to be put on meds for parasites.

Pawrade provided a fairly seamless process that took the ease out of buying a new puppy! We were so pleased with the process from utilizing the secured PetPay system to the puppy concierge that helped with the travel arrangements and kept us up to date. We love our Shiba Inu puppy. He arrived by airplane a little frightened but healthy! We are so grateful and thankful for Pawrade especially since there are so many puppy scams out there. Coco Yorkiechon I would like to thank everyone involved in our getting Coco. The whole process was very well organized and each person we dealt with got out of their way to help. Even at the end at the airport when Coco was not there at the time of pickup your team stepped up to solve the problem for us. They had changed the flights without telling anyone. Thank you for your patience at this time. Would definetly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to adopt a pet.

We recently bought a silver lab, Moses, who has been an absolute joy! We were skeptical about buying through an online site and site unseen, but Pawrade helped set up a call with the breeder beforehand so we could see him in action and answer our questions. This was very helpful. We would have liked more communication in the days leading up to delivery but we adore Moses and would recommend Pawrade.

After losing my 13 1/2 yr old dog recently, I Decided to adopt a small dog. I tried many rescues and was unable to find a small dog. Came across the Pawrade website and fell in love with a Shitzu-poodle cross. From the start of the process the staff at Pawrade were very informative and supportive. I had a 4 week wait. They stayed in touch during those weeks letting me know what the next steps were in the process. Finally she was picked up by a puppy transport and headed our way. It was like watching a Santa tracker watching her progress across country making it to her new home. We couldn’t be happier! She is healthy, very affectionate and such an easy going girl. She gets along with our other dog very well and the grandkids love her. Pawrade even called to follow up and see how she was settling in. I felt supported through the whole process. Thank you Pawrade for bringing us our new family member.
