Awesome experience. The associates were available for support and to answer questions (I needed hand holding since it’s my first dog). I got updates and really everything was flawless. I’m so happy that Grumpy is the dog soul who chose me and that I chose him.

The whole process went smoothly. Constant contact so we knew everything that was happening and what we needed to do. It was great to have her delivered to our home. The driver kept in constant contact letting us know when she'd arrive. She was very happy when she arrived.
