This company is awful they sent me a sick puppy and the healthcare guarantee covers nothing I have a vet bill of 5 grand at the very least they should’ve refunded my money for the puppy but that was denied stay away from this company they don’t care about the animals or customers we’ve sent them all the vet notes and still they don’t help or care what choice did we have but take care of the puppy if we said no the puppy would have died it sure leaves us customers in a no choice spot

This review is the second review written by the wife of a man who has already left a review. Below is a cut and paste of our response to the customer: John, we are truly sorry that your pup fell ill. Buy you have left out some very important details and facts. Our Health Guarantee ensures that your pup arrives healthy and that it does not have any hereditary or genetic issues for 3 years. It is not health insurance. You took your pup for a wellness check within the required 72 hours of arrival and your vet confirmed the pup to be completely healthy. We also provide 30 days of complimentary Metlife health insurance and encourage our customers to extend the coverage or seek out the health insurance of their choosing. You chose to do neither. This illness would be covered under insurance. Your puppy arrived healthy on Feb 21, 2026 as confirmed by your own vet. Your pup was then diagnosed with pneumonia on March 8, 2026, 16 days after delivery. This illness occurred while in your care and is not covered by the health guarantee and all the details of the Health Guarantee are fully disclosed to you prior to purchase. We are very sorry that your pup fell ill but this is not due to any actions or lack of action by Pawrade or the breeder.

Pawrade is excellent
Pawrade is excellent! The puppy concierge was very communicative during the process of receiving our puppy. They were friendly and had no problem answering my questions throughout the process. The puppy delivery transporters also kept in touch with me regarding the status of my puppy. The entire process was hassle-free. I highly recommend!
