Great experience and good communication. We are very pleased with our puppies! A few downfalls though. The puppies did not come with the recommended food and toy. Also the timeline to get the dogs checked by our vet within 72 hours needs to be extended to 7 days. We have a very busy vet and we're not able to get them in within the 72 hour mark.

Renee, our Travel Concierge, answered all our questions and wanted to be sure Baxter was in good hands:) Because of her concern about our pup, I knew Pawrade was a legitimate establishment. I highly recommend her!!

My experience with Pawrade was excellent. The most helpful was Renee my travel concierge. One one thing I am wondering now is does Pawrade actually check the breeders out and make sure its not some kind of puppy mill. It kinda felt that way when I picked up my puppy and I didn't realize she already had med issue. Wouldn't trade her for the world though.

We are in love with our new puppy Cain. I stumbled on Pawrade while on vacation with my family. I came across Cain (a purebred Siberian Huskey) and started crying... I just had to have him! I made an inquiry and Beth Thomas helped me through the adoption process. Then she had me make travel arrangements with Renee, Travel Concierge. Of whom put me in contact with Williams Puppy Carrier. They were all very prompt and made the experience a pleasant one. I was hesitant at first because of how many online scams there are in regards to pet adoption, but Pawrade is a legitimate vendor of which deals with not only adoption, but financing thru Credova (if you need and/or desire it), along with the transportation of your puppy. I could not be more happy with my experience. I would also like to give a shout out to American’s Pet Registry, Inc for documenting and registering purebred puppies in a cruel free manner!

Picked up Oso, now Murtagh, a week ago. He is wonderful. We drove from AZ to CA to pick him up so we could meet Murtaghs parents and the breeder. They were wonderful. Thank you to all at Pawrade who made this a possible and a safe adventure! We am looking forward to many happy years with our new Whoodle!

Was searching the web and I saw my new best friend!! First time I ever heard of Pawrade and it did not disappoint ! Super fast contact and very helpful with any questions !! Got plenty of updates throughout the whole process and Renee was great when it cam to shipment! My pup arrived safe and on time!! Definitely recommend these guys for your new pup!!

Pawrade is the best! Overall very pleased with my experience! Found my dream frenchie and they made it super easy and not stressful at all! Peter, Shannon and I believe Morgan helped me thru the process and gave me all the advice I needed for my new pup! ❤️
