PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

I was hesitant of pawrade when I first saw it online, but couldn’t be happier with my experience. My biggest concern was that it was a front for puppy mills getting around the pet store band, but I can say that my puppy came from a reputable breeder with years of experience producing healthy, happy puppies. My contact at Pawrade, Kayce, went above and beyond to answer my questions and alleviate my fears. She was there every step of the way. She checked in with me both before and after my puppy arrived and helped coordinate some complicated travel hiccups.

I have nothing but high praise for my experience! I was so skeptical but the team I worked was amazing as well as the transport team. I have an amazing fur baby and couldn't be happier! Thank you Pawrade!

A great experience. I've been worried about whether this website is true. The facts tell us it's true! The staff are very patient and professional! The staff who sent the dog is very good and caring! The dog is very cute! Thanks again to all the staff!

We just welcomed Archie ( Bernedoole) to our family and he is amazing! The process was so easy and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Our puppy was healthy and his breeding family was super sweet and had all of his shot records and papers that came with him. Nothing short of a great experience!

Everything went well and Amelia is doing great. The poor dog did not look good at all. Terrible odor and very skinny. I gave her a bath and food and is very happy. Disappointed in the delivery process.

My little lizzy was worth it all Kayce was very helpful and I felt I could talk to her often

Thank you so much for helping us get our new puppy! We are beyond happy with Hershell (now Geordi)! After several frustrating months trying to adopt through rescue services we decided to buy a puppy. We were initially nervous about purchasing, but the Pawrade team was amazing. The entire process was very easy, lots of people to help answer all questions, let us know what was happening with our pup, and smooth delivery!

This was a great experience and loving life with my new baby Rudy (was Jasper). Pawrade was great at answering my questions, the only thing I can complain about is sometime I think responses could have been a bit quicker. He was completely healthy at his first vet visit and we have had no problems with him since getting him two weeks ago. I feel the breeder did a great job for the first 8 weeks of his life with how happy of a little boy he is, and she provided pictures of the parents. I can’t speak about the travel plan portion of the service since we travelled to pick him up from the breeder to help eliminate some elements of stress. I’m thinking this helped a bit considering we had no worm flare ups, he was playful when arriving home, and he continued to eat regularly. We still do not have the AKC certificate but they told us about this prior to pick up since AKC is behind from covid.
