Great experience with puppy purchase. Our Rex is just great and all puppy. Beautiful and healthy. The delivery was a little stressful, just because we weren’t exactly sure when he was arriving. but it all worked out. He came home ready to join our family.

I am so happy. My experience pawrade was totally awesome every step of the way. Morgan was great at keeping me informed as to what was happening. I asked her for more pics of Amari (her new name) and she got them for me. I'm very pleased and would recommend you all to anyone

We absolutely love our puppy. Unfortunately his first vaccines were administered by the breeder (the manufacturer does not guarantee their product when this happens), then he was transported by Williams puppy carrier in a small van with 24 pups total. He came from Missouri and we are in California. His trip took three days. Needless to say, on day 13 he was taken to the vet and tested positive for parvovirus. He spent 12 days hospitalized and we now have an $18,600 vet bill. He’s still recovering and we are still hopeful. I’m beyond speechless in the handling of my pup and the suffering he’s gone through. We filed a claim and are waiting. Will definitely keep everyone updated. I’ve called and emailed my point of contact and have been ghosted. I see your reply and our vets (he’s gone to two cause he had to be transported ) said it’s within the timeline. 14 days is in the timeline of exposure to symptoms. He was is a van for 3 days… Top that with vaccines that are not guaranteed by the manufacturer because of how they were administered. Buyer BEWARE!!! 8/21/2021 Editing to add I still have not heard back from what other documents or information they need. I’ve left messages and no one has called me back (Morgan was my point of contact) and I was sent a message that I would hear back from her and never did. Please do not opt for the transport company as this is where it seems he contracted parvo. The driver said she took him out a few miles before our home and he was running around the van (I would think so after 3 days of traveling). Not sure how you can bleach (since that’s the only thing that kills parvo) a van in transit with lots of pups. Please pick up your pup yourself!!!! Also, we are we starting all vaccines because they were compromised and we can’t risk him getting distemper since it’s a combo vaccine.

A full review will be conducted including contact tracing as we take claims very seriously. We have protocols in place for a reason to ensure a puppy first approach. A virus is viral, therefore may be contracted at any point in time. However, rest assured, we will certainly get to the bottom of this. ---- Hi Kat, Our claims department will be in touch with you. We are happy your puppy was delivered happy and healthy but we are distraught your puppy came down with Parvovirus later. Parvovirus in puppies begins to show symptoms in as soon as 24 hours but no more than 7 days from exposure. We would like to point out that puppy transport doesn't start with 24 puppies in a vehicle similar to FedEx. Puppy transporters pick up and drop off puppies along the course of a few days across the United States. Every puppy comes inoculated with their first shot against Parvovirus. This doesn't mean they are immune from the virus. We educate every single buyer that Parvo virus is a virus that exists in every environment and inform every new puppy owner to take extreme caution with your puppy until they receive their final booster shot. No puppy is safe from parvo virus in any environment until they complete the treatment. We are so very sorry to hear your puppy contracted Parvovirus.
I love my puppy! The process was great and communication was easy. A special shout out to Tina Bailey, who was my pet liaison and answered all my questions right away and thoroughly. She was an absolute godsend. My puppy came with the necessary vet documents for an easy transition and was happy and healthy. I am so happy I used pawrade to find my pup!

I worked with Jade, Delyn and Shannon. I have to to say they were all great any questions I had they got right back to me. My Reece is so sweet and loveable. If you were to ask me if I would use them again my answer would be most definitely
