Pawrade is amazing and prepared us for Cal's (now Spencer) arrival every step of the way. We love our sweet boy. He arrived on time and was full of energy. Everyone at Pawrade was helpful, attentive, and friendly from the office to the delivery driver.

My experience was pretty good, although I feel like the communication can be improved. Sometimes I wouldn't get a response back. My puppy did come on arrival with a pretty bad ear infection so I wasn't very happy about that. But other than that she is very happy and playful she loves cuddles she is a very sweet girl. But it's just the waiting that sucks, waiting to finally receive your puppy. So other than the things mentioned above my overall experience was good.

We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience with Pawrade! They were with us every step of the way from the moment we selected our sweet pup. So many wonderful staff members! I was definitely skeptical of using an online service, but my skepticism was completely unnecessary! We picked up our Louis (pronounces Lou-ee) on Wednesday and everything was in order as promised! Vet visit was Thursday and went perfect! He is a bundle of healthy joy!! 🐶❤️

Unfortunately we had severe health issues with our Cavachon puppy, Candy, (no ones fault) and because of that she could not be delivered to us. Nonetheless the experience with the pawrade staff was excellent. Especially TJ, he was down to earth and very kind in general and helped with the many questions we asked him. Even though we did not get the dog that we wanted we will continue to search for a new pup on this site. Also if you are worried about being scammed don’t be, these are stand up people who truly care for you. I wish you all luck with finding your pups.
