Excellent. I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company. They do everything for you plus they answer your questions very fast. On the top of that they have an app for us to be following the driver. In summary I am very satisfied.

The process was simple and smooth. Every part of the process was honest and the communication from the service reps at Pawrade was incredible. Our new baby got here right on time and healthy as can be. We are so happy we welcome our new family member with the help of Pawrade and the breeders they work with!

Customer service rep I had was ready to talk to in the beginning and relayed correspondence in a timely fashion.

Everything is well coordinated and a wonderful experience. Pay up front for your puppy if you can. We had to finance, and the service they use will charge you over twice the original cost. It is also set up on a lease, so if you don’t pay within a month you will owe 75 percent of the lease if you try and pay early. For us that translates into a $1900.00 puppy costing over $5000.00.
