The people at Pawrade were great!! I think it would be helpful to add pics of the moms and dads if the puppies. Pawrade very helpful and answered all my questions. Was a smooth process with them!! Very disappointed in the travel nanny- had I known them what I know now I would have flown out on my own as would have been the same cost of the nanny.

Chloe, is a beautiful Husky pup that we aquired through Pawrade. I would highly recommend this service. They were very professional from start to finish with great communication. They made sure that Chloe arrived safe, healthy and happy. We have had her for a almost two weeks now and are loving every minute with her.

Our experience with Pawrade was excellent. This was our first time using a website to find a pet. We read the reviews and talked with Sara from sales several times. She was great in helping us find our perfect puppy. Sara set up zooms for us to talk to the breeder and see the puppies in action. This interaction with the zooms made us feel very comfortable using Pawrade. After selecting our puppy Morgan with PetPay called and talked us through the process of payment and what to do to prepare for the arrival of our puppy. We connected several times with questions and she was very prompt in answering all questions and concerns. We chose to have a nanny fly with our puppy. April (nanny) set up the flight and kept us informed as to when and where to meet her with our puppy. She gave us good advice for our car ride home. It has been almost two weeks since we added Dennis (our Morkie) to our family. We have emailed and text with Morgan and the breeder with questions that have come up and they have been awesome with quick replies. Thank you so much everyone connected with Pawrade. We love the service you have given us in finding our little Morkie. Scott and Diane Bissell

Pawrade was amazing! The communication was thorough and helpful. They were always friendly and quick to respond. The entire process was smooth. We've wanted a Bichon for years but were concerned about puppy mills. With the no puppy mill guarantee, I knew our puppy would be happy, healthy, and cared for. Now we have a beautiful little ball of fluffiness. Thank you guys!

Wonderful and easy experience to get my dream puppy. They have departments for everything (sales, customer service, and travel coordinators).

We got the cutest puppy in the world! Lindsey was wonderful to work with! Communication was perfect, they answered any questions I had and gave me plenty of information about Olivia. We got constant updates until she was at our door, and Pawrade even got in touch with me a week later to see how she was adjusting. It was obvious that they had worked on using a crate and walking on a leash. They gave us the perfect companion!! I would highly recommend using Pawrade!

So I purchased a puppy this month from Pawrade. I was given an app to download so I could track his delivery. The guys who delivered the dog told me last night they would be at my house by 9am. They came to my house at 2:30 in the morning and woke all my neighbors up. The puppy is infested with fleas and has mites (I’m allergic to fleas), and on top of that have another animal at home. So now I have to take care if one puppy and keep him from spreading his fleas. This also was a gift.
