Wonderful, from picking out our puppy to the delivery of our puppy Pawrade is a wonderful company. Everyone is very professional, answered any questions I had. These people really care about what they are doing, finding fur babies their new homes. Highly recommend Pawrade.

Having been scammed the day before…Pawrade restored my faith! The team was awesome… and held my hand ( virtually ) through out the process. Now I have Bear home and he is perfect and came in beautiful condition .

I couldn't be happier with the puppy process she is everything I could have hoped for. The employees worked with me all the way including rescheduling a flight due to scheduling conflicts. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new fur baby

Just got a new pup from Pawrade, Gucci, and I am very happy. Pawrade ensured Gucci was delivered safely to me and healthily. I am excited about this new journey with Gucci and I couldn't have done it without Pawrade. Thanks again.

We bought and lost two pups at PuppySpot before this, both due to issues within the company. So we decided to try one last time here, and we had a pretty good experience overall. The person we were connected with post-adoption was not at all helpful when asked specific time sensitive questions, and usually took their time messaging back, usually with unhelpful answers. The two guys who delivered him were super nice and communicative along the way from MO to WA. We had our kid in hand within 10 days of purchase, just weeks before Xmas, and he's the sweetest little guy ever. Only other minor annoyance is that we've been messaged 6 times in 10 days asking for a review. Still, I would definitely recommend this company based on this experience!
