The process was pretty easy and went smoothly, though I struggled a lot with everything being done through text and email. I would have preferred to do this over the telephone and actually have been able to talk to everyone on the phone through the whole process. I am thrilled to have my sweet Cindy Lou 💕

Hey Angela, We are sorry to hear about the travel delays. We know it can be very disappointing and frustrating when you are so looking forward to meeting your new best friend. It is however extremely challenging to deliver a living animal as safely, and efficiently as possible. We at Pawrade have a very short list of trusted transporters that we know are experienced, caring and professional. Sometimes even the best run into unpredictable issues and delays. We always stick to our puppy first approach which can sometimes slow things down a bit. But ultimately a happy, healthy puppy is our most important concern. We are very pleased to hear that you are very happy with your pup and that once they were on the way they arrived very quickly and in great shape!
No need to be skeptical with Pawrade. They’re legit and professional. There are several people covering different aspects of the company…the purchase/finance, travel, medical, administrative, breeder contact. I don’t know their official titles but they all worked together in the process of my puppy adoption. I was very impressed with the communication and the quick response I always received through calls, texts, email. My experience wasn’t completely flawless, though the reason was actually no fault of Pawrade, I didn’t give 5 stars because of the anxious moment when I went to the airport to pick up my puppy and she wasn’t on the flight. The temperature was too cold to fly the puppy to Chicago for the connecting flight, so she was put on a flight to Arizona with a lengthy layover. The airline didn’t contact anyone at Pawrade about the change, but I did get a hold of Pawrade and they got back to me with the updated flight info. My puppy finally arrived safe and healthy and adorable. I’m so grateful for my puppy, she is so precious.
