I was definitely worried about getting a puppy online, since I was scammed once before using pawrade. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with the conduct of the people that work for pawrade. I was given updates constantly and even got ahold of the breeder and and received updates from her directly! Best experience so far!

Smooth process very professional and making sure every puppy is put in the right hands. Will definitely be choosing another puppy in the future! They are a serious breeders community.

Amazing experience! Right from the start the communication was thorough and excellent and any questions were answered very timely!!! It took away any of the anxiety I thought we would have going through this process! Now we have our new fur baby and the whole process was seamless

Hey Dawn!! Thank you so much. We try our best. Happy Holidays!!
Not a good experience. Due to Technical problems it took 5-6 tries to pay for the puppies. The rep and manager apologized but they kept getting the price wrong, felt very transactional. Communication was poor. We would receive pre written instructions but responses to questions was hit or miss. No clarity on Delivery, I asked for options, then I was told they were being picked up on a certain day. 2 days later I asked if i was going to be billed for Delivery? Then there was urgency to call me to pay and sign papers. Zoom call with Breeder was nice, delivery guys were good communicators and kind as well. I would not recommend Pawrade, process and communication needs a lot of work. (1st of 2 reviews)

We are delighted your puppy arrived happy and healthy 😍! Technical problems occur sometimes and that's just the nature of technology these days. We do sincerely apologize for the lack of travel communication as of late. Combine the Christmas rush with the fact one of our Travel Liaisons stopped doing her job 😢 (which has caused some issues). This isn't an excuse but the honest truth. We as a company are trying our hardest to overcome and we will bounce back. This employee is no longer with the company. We're glad we were able to provide you a safe means to adopt your happy and healthy puppy. Certainly that is why you chose Pawrade and certainly doesn't merit a 1-star review in our opinion.
We were looking for a pug puppy in our area when we came across Pawrade. We found the website when we Google’d “pug puppy in our area.” We were able to discover a puppy located over 1,000 miles away that was perfect. Beth called us and answered all of our questions, we paid using the Petpay system, and our pup was in our arms about a week and a half later. They had a nice delivery system by Mark and Melissa Williams Puppy Delivery in a climate-controlled van, and we were able to track the van the entire time through the Life 360 app. They kept very good communication with us and had records on when our puppy was fed and how many bathroom breaks he received during his two-day journey across the country. Our pug Sarge (renamed Chubbs by my daughter) was treated like a passenger, not like cargo. The breeder made sure he had a check-up before he left the Pug Ranch, and the Williams brought us all paperwork that we need to bring to our local vet. Also, the price through Pawrade includes a health insurance and other guarantees in case anything happens to our little guy. My daughter has been obsessed with pugs for almost 3 years and Pawrade helped us give her the “best birthday ever.” We will absolutely use them again if we are in the market for another addition

Hi Justin, Thank you so much for your detailed positive review of Pawrade. Sometimes, the most ideal puppy isn't necessarily local. We work very hard to ensure both parties are protected and employ a very strict Puppy First approach. We absolutely LOVE to hear we've made a positive impact on a family. 🥰
Great experience, very in depth and be ready to respond to emails and texts and phone calls. After being scammed a few days prior with a private buyer, using a trusted third party made it very easy! Highly recommend air cargo!

Thank you Garrett for taking your time to leave such a wonderful review of our services. It is sad that our TrustPilot page is often targeted by scammers, activists, fake breeders, competitors and more. We do not incentivize customers for reviews, therefore, only a very small percentage of happy customers actually take the time to leave a review. Thanks again for going out of your way to recognize us.
Loved working with Pawrade! They were so helpful finding us our new pup!

Hi Jennifer, Thank you so much for taking your time to leave us a positive review. We loved working with you too :).
I'm glad I used Pawrade, I was almost scammed once when I tried to purchase a puppy on my own so when I saw that Pawrade had an A+ rating with the better business bureau I tried them and so thankful I did because I now have Blaze (formally Go-Go) who I just love to pieces. I couldn't pick my dog up until two weeks after I purchased him and Sarah kept in touch with me until I picked him up! Thank you to Sarah and the rest of Pawrade for making this an easy, peaceful, and wonderful experience.

Hey Jennifer! Thank you so much for you wonderful review! We have many customers who find us who were recently scammed. It saddens us but provides us with new motivation every single day! We love what we do and hope it shows! Please share your Pawrade experience as the more people who hear about us, the more people we can save from fraud and illegitimate breeding.
