PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

I was hesitant about getting a puppy over the Internet but discovered that Pawrade is a fantastic site that legitimate breeders are more than happy to use. I had a great experience getting my puppy from Pawrade. Kayce in particular was super communicative and did a fantastic job of helping me through the process of getting a new puppy. She frequently reached out to the breeder to get updated pics and information while I waited to bring my little one home. Now that my pup is here, we are so happy together and I’m grateful to Kayce and the Pawrade team for their help through the process.

We where so happy for our Brisa... And so happy with you guys! The customer service was really good. Mary was awesome! But the day the puppy arrives, we noticed that she had like a cough and like congestion. She had her vet appointment 2 days after her arrival and when we get to the vet, it turns out that she had neumonia, hookworms and a ear infection. Her vet started to treat her but she only got worse. She didn't eat at all not even with a bottle and she's stared to throw up. We went to the vet again because she couldn't breathe and the vet said that she probably won't make it. We where devastated and my 2 daughters so scared, brisa was the Christmas gift for them. We paid a lot of money for the animal hospital and don't get me wrong, we will do it again if we have to, to save her. We send all the documents and paperwork, and we follow all the instructions that pawrade ask and after 15 days, we don't have any response from Pawrade and the beagle breeders. And after 15 days, i don't have any papers... not the registration, not the pet certificate or any document for Brisa (Poppy like they named). So I'll recommend adoption and/or look for a local breeder. She came so sick and with out any document only the one the airline ask. I know you don't own the airline (that's a terrible response), But if you read the vet's medical report, you will clearly see that she is not ill in 2 days. she came sick. And no, like i said, i didn't get any response from you guys after I sent all the papers

Where do I begin? The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. I bet I wasn't the only one who was skeptical at first when coming across this site. Rest assured . . . this is by far the best website to adopt your fur baby from. 100% legitimate. The customer service was phenomenal. They made sure to always reach out to me whether it was email, text, or call. Morgan, Lara, and Paul all were so kind and reassuring that this whole process would be easy and safe for my new GSD. My Axl came all the way from Colorado and is here with me for Christmas. Words can't describe how heartwarming it is to have him home. He is my new best friend and loyal companion. Thank you Pawrade and the Pawrade team. You made a dream become a reality!!

Website does not show pictures of the parent dogs, so there is no way of really knowing what your buying. Communication was difficult because you can’t ask the Breeder specific questions. They only answer a questionaire for information. This Breeder is not one I would recommend. Dogs were not trained at all and had worms on arrival.

So far so good! Overall this was a good experience. Communication with Pawrade was excellent. Everything was explained in detail and then documentation was provided that backed up any conversations so everyone was on the same page all the time. Although we live in Florida I happened to be in Ohio around 2 hours from the breeder. I was able to pick up our puppy from the breeder so we did not do the shipping thing so I can't comment on that aspect of the delivery services. It was really great to meet the breeder and our puppy's parents.

Awesome team of customer service. I’m satisfied and we got our little puppy home and she is happy like she’s been here for years! Thank you Team.
