Policy is good foundation. Only thing I would like changed is that pictures could be both vertical and horizontal. When one grabs the phone for impromptu shots, it is normal take a portrait shot.

Hey Rahim, Thank you for the kind words and thank you for trusting Pawrade to help you find the perfect pup for you.
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Pawrade from start to finish. I was honestly so impressed with the level of security and communication throughout the entire process—it gave me total peace of mind. Every step was clearly explained, updates were consistent, and I always felt like I knew exactly what was happening. What really stood out was how safe and structured everything felt. In a world where buying a puppy online can feel risky, Pawrade has built a system that feels trustworthy, thorough, and professional. That meant everything to our family. And the travel experience? Completely seamless. 🛫🐾 From coordination to arrival, everything went smoothly, and our puppy arrived safe, calm, and well cared for. You can tell they truly prioritize the well-being of the animals. Now we have this sweet, fluffy new member of our family who has already brought so much joy into our home. 🥰 I would 100% recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and genuinely positive experience bringing home a new puppy. ⸻ If you want, I can tweak it to be more emotional, more punchy/short, or even add a little personality specific to your family 🥰

Thank you so much for the wonderful and detailed review. We are so happy that you chose Pawrade to help you find the perfect pup for you. and we are so pleased to hear that we were able to do such a fine job. Best wishes for many fun filled days to come with your new best buddy.
We have been asking for pictures for a pup that I am pretty sure I do not want only because we did not get any additional pictures just 3. Seriously heartbreaking. Pup is due on the 24 of April so I made the appointment for the 27th and now I do not know when as the aircompanion may get here??? I regret this whole process and do not trust them.

This "review" was written by the customer's wife not the customer. The wife was not aware of the facts of the situation. It is true it took a couple of days to get updated photos as the breeder's are just regular folks with a lot of responsibilities like most of us. Every concern was efficiently addressed and the actual buyer (posters husband) has had his puppy delivered to him happy and healthy. We have asked the poster to remove this inaccurate review but she will not respond.
Every area was completed very well from beginning to end. Puppy arrival day was so exciting! Delivery was excellent and the staff was very helpful from the first day to the last.

Hey Judith, Thank you for the kind words and thank you for trusting Pawrade to help you find the perfect pup for you.
The variety of puppies and the videos were great. Getting in touch with the customer service was mixed. Response was often slow and usually only a message. I think I only talked with 2 people. The rest was electronic. The delivery was on time. The driver and those employees that I spoke with were knowledgable and professional. Over all it was a very good experience.

Hey Colleen, thank you for trusting Pawrade to help you find the perfect pup for you. It is true that we do a lot of our communication in writing. We have found that it lets folks communicate at their convenience and it documents everything so that you can go back if you don't recall an instruction for example. We are also happy to talk with you if you call in ore request a call.
Everything was spot on. My puppy, the service, and the price. I would recommend this process, definitely. I was a little hesitant at first, but I found it was unnecessary worry.
