everyone was extremely helpful and made sure that I got a great experience to get my sweet puppy. I was kept informed of everything that was happening and what I needed to do to make my end work. Thank you for the great experience .

If I could leave a zero star review, I would…. Although I love our English bulldog puppy, the practices of Pawrade and the Breeder are negligent and avoidant at best. I have made several attempts via phone and email to contact the Breeder/Pawrade with zero response. My next step is to proceed with legal action given our pup is 10 months old and suffering from degenerative cruciate ligament damage, hip, dysplasia, seizures, cherry eye, and no testicles to be found. Not looking for a handout or refund or to send my puppy back, but there should be responsibility on the Breeder and Pawrade for not vetting the parents properly.

We are sorry that you are not 100% happy with your new puppy. But, much of what you have written is not a fair assessment with all the facts presented.. First. we have been in contact with you. There is documented communication in writing between you and our Health Guarantee Manager. It is true that your pup has non descended testicles. This was fully disclosed to you and you signed a form acknowledging this. It is also minor and is easily corrected during the spay neuter process as was also discussed with you. Every breed has breed specific ailments. We fully disclose this in your Reservation Agreement and ask each customer to please research and be aware of the common issues that are not covered by our Health Guarantee. Unfortunately you also chose an English Bulldog, a breed well known for many breed specific ailments. In fact this breed and several others are so well known for health issues that their Health guarantee is reduced to one year from three. The other issues you describe are breed specific.
Pawrade was absolutely wonderful in preparing us before Duchess (formerly Tina) even arrived, setting our family up completely for success. We knew which food to buy, which supplements to have on hand, and what was expected of us at every step of the adoption process. Every single person in the process was very knowledgeable and fabulous at communicating. I truly appreciated the continuous repetition throughout the process because at times it felt overwhelming in bringing another family member home, but hearing the process multiple times leading up to her arrival was incredibly helpful. When she finally arrived, I was grateful to have the messages on the Pawrade platform to scroll back through and locate the puppy guide packet for additional details. I am very impressed with how professional and responsible everyone was throughout, and I could really tell how much they care about these dogs going to a good home. Incredible service!

Everything from choosing my new puppy to picking him up went incredibly smooth! I was nervous buying him online at first but in the end I am sooo glad I did! Pawrade’s team of concierges were there every step of the way.
