Hey Yo, we are so happy to hear that all went so well for you and your new furry family member. Thank you for trusting Pawrade and best wishes.
I bought a puppy through Pawrade. The photo on their website shows a Weimaraner puppy with a blocky head and nose. The puppy delivered to me has a long pointy nose (called a snipe nose) and an underbite. Both of these characteristics would disqualify the puppy from any AKC showings because they don't conform to the AKC conformation standards of Weimaraners. The puppy was weighed at the breeder's vet and his weight was 28 lbs. Per Pawrade's requirements, I took the puppy to my vet 4 days later. He weighed 23.60 lbs. That would be a loss of 4.4 lbs. over a 4 day period for a 3 month old puppy. The breeder shows Weimaraners and I know a bait and switch was done by him to get rid of a puppy he can't show. The puppy also came with skin and eye bacterial infections for which I needed to buy antibiotics along with prescription dog food to get his weight up quickly as his every rib was clearly visible. My vet also agreed that the photo on Pawrade's website and my puppy are of 2 different dogs. I have had numerous texts back and forth to Pawrade. Despite having sent photos of their puppy and my puppy for comparison along with my vet's findings to Pawrade, they refuse to look at the evidence and are protecting their unethical breeder. The money they make from him is more important than doing what is right by their customer. As the puppy was very expensive and supposedly came from "champion lines" per Pawrade's website and it cost an additional $749 for the puppy's delivery fee, I am only requesting a partial refund from them. I also filed a formal complaint against Pawrade with the Better Business Bureau and will next file a formal complaint with South Carolina's Attorney General (the state the corporate office is located in). I was taken advantage of by Pawrade and their breeder. I am now trying to warn all potential customers to take their business elsewhere as Pawrade can't be trusted.

Barbara, we are sorry that you are not completely happy with your pup. But, you do have the same pup that you chose online. This has been confirmed with the matching microchip number. Puppies appearances can change significantly and very quickly. This is common knowledge for many previous dog owners but we also fully disclose this in your Reservation Agreement as well as on our website, specifically the page you viewed when you chose the pup. Color, markings, eye color, fur texture, size, etc. are all likely to be different. As your pup continues to grow and mature we hope that its physical characteristics will more closely match your desires.
The puppy that I received had Giardia. When I asked for a refund of the money spent on vet bills and medication, I was denied. The delivery of the puppy was delayed several times due to low birth weight. That should have been a red flag for me but I was counting on the guarantee of a healthy dog. This was not a good experience with this company. I am thinking about seeking legal counsel.

We are sorry that you are not completely happy with your pup. But you have left out a lot of important facts. We provide 30 days of complimentary Metlife insurance. This is specifically for minor and common issues like Giardia. We advise you in writing that it should be activated before your pup arrives. Your pup arrived on 6-6-2026. You did not activate the insurance until 6-8-2026, the day you took the pup to the vet for a standard puppy wellness visit. This is why Metlife denied your claim. We did however cover the medication costs under the PetPay health Guarantee. Standard wellness visit expenses are never covered by either Metlife or PetPay. This is normal puppy expenses.
Pawrade does not give out the names of the breeders of the puppies they sell nor do they give out the names of the sires and dams. Especially with breeds that can be aggressive. This is very important information to know. So I’m curious how trust Pilot can give them this rating without requiring that this information be made available to potential buyers.

Barbara, reporting that we do not give out the names of the breeders or the sires and dams is completely false. We do not have any customer by your name so I am not sure where you are getting your information to make such as assessment. Also, Trustpilot does not give us a rating they just compile the reviews and give an average. Since we have so many 5 star ratings from actual customers we naturally have an exceptional overall rating despite the un-warranted 1 stars left by some.
Perfect great communication
