You help me get a great dog for a decent price though I do think even though I know it's breeders price could be a little cheaper

Hey Brian, we are so happy that you chose Pawrade to help you find the perfect pup for you. We do price our pups at the lower end of national averages, so you can be sure to get a very fair deal at Pawrade.
My pup is perfect! I didn’t like his condition on arrival very drugged up. He also tested positive for parasites!

Hey Robin, Thank you for trusting Pawrade to help you adopt the perfect pup for you. Pups can get very tired on the journey home, but I assure you we would never sedate a pup in any way. Please be sure to reach out about any health issue so we can get that taken care of for you.
I would have given 5 stars but I feel I may have been mislead about the no puppy mill pledge doing research after we received breeder info when our puppy was delivered shows that they may in fact be a puppy mill, plus puppy was not up to date on vaccines like advertised.

Hey Jean, Thank you for choosing Pawrade. All of our breeders are carefully vetted before we allow them into our program. We make sure they are fully licensed and inspected and have no history of complaints. Beware of websites by animal rights activists that unfairly slander breeders because they believe breeders should not even exist. All of our pups are fully vaccinated in accordance with the state in which they are bred. If by some chance a vaccination was missed, we will cover the cost. Also, keep in mind that your state requirements may differ from the state where the pup was bred. While starting vaccines, weeks before, the breeder wouldn't know what state the pup may be going to.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Pawrade! From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and genuinely caring. It’s clear they truly love animals and go the extra mile to ensure both pets and people are happy and safe. They answered all my questions promptly, coordinated every detail with ease, and kept me updated throughout the process. My puppy arrived happy, healthy, and right on time—clearly cared for every step of the way. I can’t thank you enough for making this experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate service!

Hey Stacy, we are so happy to hear that we were able to do such a fine job for you and your new furry family member. Thank you for choosing Pawrade and best wishes for many fun-filled days to come.
This company is as close as it can be to a scam while still producing a product. They did deliver a puppy to me after I paid for it. It was the middle of the night. The puppy was filthy and sprayed with perfume, so just arriving in her new home after days of travel in the middle of the night I had to put her in the bath. She was terrified of me and hid under every piece of furniture she could. She was nearly impossible to housebreak, clearly having lived on a cement slab for her first 3 months. If I leave her alone she destroys anything she can touch. In short the puppy is a nightmare. She is 6 months old now and after calling for 3 months I received a picture of a wrinkled form I can fill out to get her papers...? I would never purchase a dog this way again. They kept the breeder's name a secret. This is much worse than a puppy mill.

Linda, we are sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your new pup. But your version of events here is not fair or accurate and leaves out a lot of important facts. It is true that your pup arrived at a late hour. This does sometimes happen. Our transporters stay on the move 24/7 to get each pup to its new home as quickly as possible. They will not sit in front of someone's house for hours as a convenience for the person while the pup is eagerly waiting to meet its new family. That is not what is best for the pup. And we clearly disclose this on our website, in your contract and again in the Ground Travel Work Order you signed as well. Your pup certainly may have soiled itself while in transit. That is to be expected. The crew in the transit van regularly cleans the pups and changes out the soiled bedding, all in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the USDA. Our transporters are USDA licensed, inspected, and insured. They are true professionals who follow strict protocols to ensure every pup arrives happy and healthy. A bath for a newly arrived pup is always a good idea and something we strongly suggest in our correspondence with all our clients. Your breeder is fully licensed and inspected and breeds wonderful pups. There is nothing that any fair assessment would lead anyone to consider them anything such as a "puppy mill". Your breeder isn't a secret, they are listed on all your documents that were uploaded to your account long before delivery. You received a very clear and legible digital copy of the registration document for your pup. This allows you to in just a few minutes, register your pup online and have the relevant documents assigning the pup to you almost instantly. We would be happy to have the breeder mail you the paper copy if you like as well.
Great experience from selection to delivery!

Hey Ivan, short and sweet and we do appreciate it! Best wishes!
My wife and I were first time breeders. Pawrade helped with the paperwork and answered all our questions. Our grand puppies were sold quickly. I love the no puppy mill and pound guarantee. All of our puppies received loving homes. Our prayers were answered with pawrade. I highly recommend for buyers and sellers. The paperwork was overwhelming at first, but they walked us through it step by step. When a puppy sold we got reminders on what was needed. That was very much appreciated.

Hey Brad, thank you so much for becoming a part of our team. It is the wonderful breeders like you who operate with integrity that make it possible for us to unite folks with amazing fur babies.
Had a good experience from start to finish. Good communication. Was able to call if I had questions. Puppy arrived in good spirits was not stressed at all. I understood that it was going to take awhile to get here. They gave me an ETA and let me know when they were 30 minutes away. Very pleased.
