Our Experience started 6/11/25. The process was easy and the staff helpful. Unfortunately our first experience ended sadly. The staff was very supportive and helpful in finding another puppy. I do wish there had been more communication on the last day with the first puppy. We waited a very long time to get any information about the puppy. As an overall our experience has been very positive and we have an adorable puppy.

We are in love already with our new boston terrier pup. She is perfect! Thank you Pawrade!

I also appreciated the regular updates and coordination provided, ensuring a positive experience. The transportation service was excellent. Upon arrival, my puppy was clean, well-adjusted and healthy. I appreciated their timely updates, arriving at the designated time, and ensuring my pet arrived safe and sound. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT this company!!! They are about the money! I lost my chihuahua fur baby and decided to purchase another… I came across Pawrade and thought ok I might not have any issues! The breeder in Arkansas had taken her chihuahuas to her Veterinarian who checked off that the chihuahua did not have an open fontenelle… when I took him to my Veterinarian he clearly had one! I even felt it and so did the technicians…this was falsified documentation on the breeders part! This Chihuahua was not cheap in price and this is something that could end up being a concern later on down the road… I took him back to my Veterinarian and there is no change! I gave all documentation to Petpal who deals with all this including the money you spend on the pet and they could care less knowing both documents were in front of them! IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS YOU BETTER KNOW THEY WONT DO NOTHING FOR YOU! THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BASICALLY STUCK! That is not only heartbreaking but it’s LYING and being DECEIVING to customers! I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE! You don’t gamble with things like this… this could possibly be heartbreaking for me clearly after I told Pawrade about Loosing my fur baby! DONT TAKE A CHANCE bc clearly this veterinarian was in a rush for this breeder

Everyone worked so well together guiding me and keeping me informed. They were also very attentive to my questions and requests helping me out every step of the way.

Pawrade has beat my expectations and I will highly recommend them. From the first call to the flight nanny John it was a great experience. Piper is bringing such joy to my home and I am deeply grateful for her.

I purchased a puppy through Pawrade a couple of weeks ago. As instructed, I took him to the vet for his initial wellness check the next day after his arrival. During the exam, the veterinarian expressed concern over the puppy’s history of parasites, noting it was more extensive than what is typically observed. It’s troubling that the puppy showed signs of parasitic infection both before and after delivery, yet was still approved for transport. This raises questions about the integrity of the health clearance process. The situation has created a difficult and stressful environment, especially as I now have to isolate him from my other dogs to prevent further risk. Given the strict expectations Pawrade places on buyers, it is disappointing to see that those same standards were not upheld on their end. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending Pawrade to others.
